success around the world.Now we're looking for a hardworking,
driven Partner Development Manager (PDM) with superb energy,
passion and initiative to develop and build business relationships
with Cloud Partners, Technology Partners, Global/Regional System
Integrators and ISVs from within the existing ecosystem and through
the recruitment of new targeted partners aligned with the strategic
needs of the industry.What You'll Be Doing
- Proactively prospect, identify, qualify and develop Cloud
Partners, Technology Partners, Global/Regional System Integrators
and ISV partners
- Align partners with the sales teams to deliver on our strategy
to build mind share and promote "sell-through / with/ in" motion
with partners.
- Ensure excellence in execution of GTM and co-sell strategies
with partners and sales team to exceed quota and key performance
metrics consistently
- Expand the landscape of strategic partners to explore new value
propositions and additional partnership opportunities
- Track and regularly measure success driving company objectives
across product and partner solution differentiation, incremental
revenue, and customer success
- Work with Marketing team to carry out partner joint events to
promote TiDB's brand awareness
- Explore long-term and strategic alliances opportunities that
benefits both partners and PingCAP What You'll Need To Succeed
- 8+ years of quota carrying experience in Partner development,
Sales and management, preferably in Database, Cloud and SaaS
industry.
- Experienced partnership development veteran with proven ability
to initiate, develop and execute complex partnerships locally that
drive impactful revenue results for both companies
- Experienced in identifying and qualifying value propositions
with partnership and orchestrating the complex enterprise
technologies to a practical business mode.
- Strong skills in multitasking, communications, negotiation,
organization, and teamwork
- Familiarity with Cloud, databases, DevOps and open source
technology is a bonus
- An ability to work independently to solve problems and deliver
growth metrics
- Passionate about growing your career in a fast-paced
environment and developing an in-depth understanding of TiDB
products and open source technology
