brand-building.We're looking for a Product Manager on the Online
Jobs team to lead Online Jobs growth. This is a unique opportunity
to own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for experiences
that helps millions of small businesses every year grow their
companies. In this high-impact, high visibility role, you'll own
the roadmap for how we help more small businesses discover and
start using job posting on LinkedIn to hire for their companies.
The ideal candidate is someone with a consumer or product growth
background; and a growth mindset who savors new challenges and is
not afraid to take them head on.In this role, you'll play a key
role in our mission to create economic opportunity for every
professional around the world. And you'll do that while having
fun.Responsibilities
- Own and develop our vision, strategy and product roadmap to
help more small businesses start hiring with LinkedIn Jobs.
- Understand and lead analyses of the competitive environment,
customers and product metrics to determine the right set of
features to drive engagement and usage
- Develop a comprehensive product and marketing roadmap to
deliver on business goals
- Drive global product requirements definition, product planning
and product design (including writing PRDs) of new features and
enhancements
- Work cross-functionally and with the Product Development team
to bring features live to the site
- Clearly communicate product benefits to our users and internal
stakeholdersBasic QualificationsQualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a product management or equivalent
role
- Consumer internet and/or product growth experiencePreferred
Qualifications
- BS/MS degree in a technology-related field
- Bias towards action and getting things done
- Takes intelligent risks and able to influence key
stakeholders
- Insatiable curiosity and a growth mindset, including the
ability to lead teams by this example
- Knowledge of the Internet, emerging web technologies and
community building
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact
with and understand technical subjects and emerging technologies
and their relevance to the marketplace
- Ability to manage and lead across highly cross-functional
teams
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and
