Job Description:
Juniper's Go-To-Market (GTM) Finance team seeks a strong Senior
Finance Manager in support of Juniper's Global Channels & Virtual
Sales organization. The Company drives the majority of its sales
through Partners. This role must possess the business knowledge and
channel expertise for the design and implementation of business
plans as well as partner incentive rebates, as well as ongoing
management of all current partner programs for indirect routes to
market. This role will directly manage a financial analyst and
matrix manage across the community of interest to effectively
support a large Global Channels & Virtual Sales
organization.Responsibilities:The Global Channels & Virtual Sales
Sr. Finance Manager will provide financial and analytical support
for the decentralized Global Channels & Virtual Sales organization
driving Juniper's Partner strategy and managing Juniper's Partner
ecosystem.This position will report to the Finance Sr. Director of
GTM Finance and have primary responsibility for proactively driving
the design, implementation, and ROI of all partner programs and
sales plays as well as analyzing, forecasting, modeling, reporting,
and presenting financial results and KPIs by partner segment.The
right candidate must be adept at managing competing priorities and
providing crisp communication on complex, channel-related financial
topics.Specific responsibilities include: Preparing and presenting
financial management reports and analysis for Juniper's Global
Channels & Virtual Sales organizationDeveloping models to determine
how to best optimize and grow Juniper's top line through Partners
in existing and new business modelsDriving the in-quarter Partner
Sales forecasting process as well as the quarter-end Partner
Quarterly Business Review processFacilitating the target-based
Partner performance incentive processDriving the annual Partner
planning processReviewing month and quarter-end accounting entries
and participating in monthly corporate close and forecast review
meetingsAssisting with ad hoc financial and analytical support for
the broader Global Channels & Virtual Sales organization, including
special projects and supplementing Segment/Theater Finance
analytics where resources and priorities allowRepresenting Finance
at variety of Global Channels & Virtual Sales organization business
forums, strategy sessions, etc. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of
7-10 years of business unit financial support / FP experience.Prior
experience with Sales and specifically Channel Sales
preferred.Expert Excel and financial modeling skills.Highly
competent in manipulating and analyzing large amounts of data and
drawing key insights.An ability to excel with limited
direction/supervision and under ambiguous circumstances.Strong
interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively across multiple
functions and with varied levels of management.Outstanding verbal
and written communicator across multiple functions and levels of
the organization.Solid fundamental accounting knowledge.Experience
managing people; establishing priorities, regular feedback and
developing finance talent.Education: Finance, accounting, economics
or related degree; MBA preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Highly
motivated self-starter who can work independently or collaborate as
part of team.Superior quantitative and analytical skills.Passion
for financial management and supporting business partners in a
multi-national, multi-billion dollar market leading technology
company.Flexible and adaptable with strong business acumen.Detail
oriented, accurate and thorough.Deadline and results
driven.Comfortable handling multiple and sometimes competing
priorities. Other Information:Travel requirements for the position
