We are looking for you to join our team as an Turbine Engineering
Manager 2 based out of Sunnyvale, CA. In this role at Northrop

What you'll get to do:
The Turbine Engineering Manager 2 is responsible for providing
functional leadership and direction of the Aerothermal turbine
analysis team, which consists of a staff of approximately 10 to 12
Aerothermal engineers. Responsibilities include leading a diverse
team of engineers in the areas of Turbine design and analysis and
engineering support of development testing and manufacturing of
turbines used for Naval Propulsion and Power Generation. The
position responsibilities also include management of time keeping,
performance reviews, staffing and resource planning, training, and
team engagement for the team.
