of minimally invasive careJob DescriptionThe Senior Project Manager
is responsible for providing cross-functional project management on
behalf of the Global Services Business Systems team supporting key
strategic initiatives in support of business processes and systems
to support the global services business. This is a business facing
role and will assist in aligning all business side deliverables
with the IT Solutions team.The Senior Project Manager serves is the
primary liaison for business systems between Intuitive's Global
Services Business Systems team and the global functional teams
including Field Service, Technical Support, Customer Success, and
Service Operations teams. - With the development and introduction
of new processes and / or business systems, the Senior Project
Manager identifies project strategies, requirements, risks,
deliverables, schedules, and leads the cross-functional effort to
execute readiness to the project plan. - The Senior Project Manager
will tightly align with upstream/downstream business partners
supporting the specific business system and functional
process.Roles and Responsibilities: - - - - - - - - - Provide
functional, strategic, and tactical leadership to project teams
responsible for new or sustaining business systems and related
processes on behalf of the Global Services business unit; ensuring
appropriate planning, communication, risk mitigation, and business
unit readiness in alignment with cross functional teams as needed.
- - - - - - - - - Create and maintain project schedules, budgets,
and communicate status and risks cross-functionally to global
Services stakeholders - - - - - - - - - Work with the business
systems team and functional teams to drive service systems
requirements, directly impacting the ability of support the global
service organization. - - - - - - - - - Ensure that domestic &
global service systems strategies, assumptions, business
opportunities are measured & periodically reviewed throughout
duration of project execution & initial product launch - - - - - -
- - - Maintain a portfolio of active business systems projects and
lead review meetings to Services Executive Management as needed - -
- - - - - - - Strong collaboration and communication with internal
and external business units, bridging development of processes,
approaches, and cultures. Work with partner groups to gain
alignment & support to achieve project objectives. - - - - - - - -
- Leadership and coordination of staff planning, organizational
design, and strategy to anticipate and ensure readiness for future
business system needs - - - - - - - - - Lead continuous improvement
efforts regarding the project management efforts on behalf of
Global Services Business Systems BU. - - - - - - - - - Work with
process architects, business analysts, and business leaders to
identify potential business process gaps or user requirements gaps.

related business systems and the use of such systems including
process and data flow. - - - - - - - - - Identify project risks,
develop mitigation strategies, and monitor project health. - - - -

plans and trackers) to support lessons learned helping drive

working relationships with functional groups throughout the

(medical devices and/or robotics preferred), including streamlining

organizations, familiarity with field service, technical support,

- Experience working in a regulated environment; familiar with
