This role will be based in Sunnyvale or San Francisco.

We are looking for a Director of Product Management to join this team to lead a high impact, high visibility charter: to build, transform and scale our products to help our enterprise customers attract the best talent in the market. This comes with the dual impact of empowering our job seekers to find the best opportunities in environments that uphold their values and champion principles they believe in.

Responsibilities

  • Own and develop our vision, strategy and product roadmap to help more enterprises hire with LinkedIn Jobs.
  • In leading Enterprise Jobs, you'll own all of the features enterprise customers use to hire with jobs - job posting, job promotion, applicant management, job management, reporting, and more.
  • You'll also work closely with a number of partner R+D teams that help us deliver value to hirers and job seekers - such as standardization and commerce.
  • Indirect revenue accountability for this major product line.
  • Communicate with and advocate to internal partner teams, leadership, and the community.
  • Build and develop a team of world-class PMs, and lead and inspire the broader product organization of 100+ people.
  • Lead analyses of the competitive environment, customers and product metrics to determine the right set of features to drive engagement and usage on LinkedIn
  • Drive global product requirements definition, product planning and product design (including writing PRDs) of new features and enhancements
  • Work cross-functionally and with the Product Development team to bring features live to the site

    Basic Qualifications

    Qualifications
    • 10+ years of experience in a product management or equivalent role
    • Managerial experience directly managing a product team, including senior product leaders
    • Consumer internet product experience

      Preferred Qualifications

      • BS/MS degree in a technology-related field
      • Enterprise experience, including that outside of product management
      • Bias towards action and getting things done
      • Takes intelligent risks and able to influence key stakeholders
      • Insatiable curiosity and a growth mindset, including the ability to lead teams by this example
      • Knowledge of emerging web technologies and online community building
      • Proven communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams
      • Experience leading and collaborating with highly cross-functional teams
      • Marketplace or advertising experience nice to have
      • Artificial Intelligence and ML experience nice to have
