Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer
Science, Economics, Statistics, a related field, or equivalent
practical experience.3 years of experience with project management
(e.g., agile, waterfall) in an environment to drive user and
leadership approved deliverables.3 years of experience in a
capital-intensive industry (e.g., energy, utilities, and/or
telecommunications).Preferred qualifications:Experience in
delivering business tools and systems in a cross-functional
environment.Experience with Quickbase.Ability to navigate
ambiguity.

Center Program Manager, you will help drive the team's location
strategy, site selection, and portfolio management for Google's
owned/leased data center sites and related infrastructure. You will
focus on developing and managing a portfolio of tools and
applications that integrate with the data ecosystem. You will work
with associated analytics that the team uses to scale operations,
track, analyze work, and provide predictive analytics as needed to
inform decision-making.Behind everything our users see online is

Responsibilities Deliver tools, applications, and insights for the
global data center Energy and Location Strategy Team.Gather
requirements, build project plans/roadmaps, provide oversight and
approval of the technical design, get leadership approval, and
drive the tool implementation and adoption.Drive creation of
artifacts for a typical software development lifecycle (SDLC)
program such as requirement document, business benefits, design
document, project plan, risk assessment, scope, timeline,
resourcing, budget, change management, and communication
plan.Communicate the development of tools across the organization
including recurring updates to stakeholders, feedback sessions with
subject matter experts, and release notes.Translate business needs
into technical requirements and effectively communicate and manage
prioritization of scope.
