This role offers both hybrid or remote work options, meaning you can work from home and commute to a LinkedIn office, depending on what's best for you and when it is important for your team to be together, or this role can be performed remotely in most locations in the country of employment. -The "Director of Digital Marketing, Web Performance and Growth" will be an important leader within the Marketing organization's Growth, Performance & Operations (GPO) team. The Web Growth team is responsible for the strategy & operations behind how our Marketing team leverages B2B websites to acquire and create value for prospects and customers. Specifically, this leader is responsible for: (i) delivering on channel-specific performance marketing goals across LinkedIn's multiple business units (ii) investing in innovation initiatives that drive long-term growth via the LinkedIn.com ecosystem (iii) identifying opportunities to increase leverage and operational efficiency across the team. -We're looking for a Director to accelerate growth in this channel, lead a team of high-performing digital marketers and partner with senior leaders across LinkedIn marketing and cross-functional teams including Product, Legal, and Finance to drive channel strategy and deliver across a variety of KPIs. This leader should have a point of view on best practices and key trends in website marketing and digital marketing generally, a strong understanding of LinkedIn's B2B offerings (Talent Solutions: Hire and Learn, Advertising + Marketing Solutions, and Sales Solutions) experience working with and influencing Product leadership and an analytical mindset that helps them make trade-off decisions and prioritize opportunities with the greatest upside. They will partner closely with business unit Demand Generation / Acquisition, Marketing Technology, and Product to deliver new experiences, entry points, and capabilities on LinkedIn. And most importantly, they will provide inspirational leadership to an incredible team of marketers.The ideal candidate makes data-driven decisions, identifies untapped opportunities, and can translate a big picture vision into tangible action, with a proven track record for unlocking huge gains in value and streamlining operations, while inspiring a team of talented marketers including front line managers.Responsibilities: -Set a vision for the Web Performance and Growth team, inspiring managers and individual contributors, and creating a positive working environment and operating model that maximizes output from the team's effortsProactively identify opportunities to streamline operations through automation, improve processes and effective management and partnership with agenciesDefine next generation experimentation and testing strategies with team member subject matter expertsCommunicate and manage stakeholders effectively, across a wide variety of cross-functional groups, ensuring outputs meet business needsPrioritize initiatives appropriately, making tradeoffs; align talent to work to be done -Partner with FP&A to inform investment decisions and effectively measure and report out on the impact of our programsManage a team of 10+ digital marketers, providing inspirational leadership and investing in each member's professional growth.Serve as internal subject matter expert on LinkedIn's website acquisition experiences / funnels / entry points and respective audiencesCollaborate with partners in marketing, operations, technology, data science, and especially Flagship product management (Linkedin.com), to translate ideas into action, break big opportunities down into tests and proofs of concept -Size, manage, and report on cross-functional Web growth initiatives (experimentation, personalization, etc.)QualificationsBasic Qualifications: -10+ years experience in digital marketing or equivalent role5+ years of management and/or leadership experience -Preferred Qualifications: -BA/BS degree in a technology or marketing related field OR equivalent experienceExperience working in a multinational SaaS businesses, with B2B and B2C business models -Demonstrated senior leadership experience - Ability -to recruit, manage, and inspire a large teamDeep expertise with LinkedIn's B2B product offeringsLinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. - - - -The pay range for this role is $150,000 to $240,000.
