And, you'll receive competitive compensation, benefits and generous company perks.Ooma is looking for an experienced, hands-on Product Manager to develop and manage a new cloud-management capability for Ooma CPE (customer premise equipment). The web-based portal will be used by end customers, by large partners, and by Ooma Customer Support representatives. In this role, you will own the product lifecycle, including customer needs analysis, competitive comparisons, requirements development, user experience (UX) design, feature prioritization, reporting, and usage analysis. Responsibilities will include:

• Understand user needs, through interviews, surveys, and discussions with customers, salespeople, and partners
• Evaluate competitive features and user experiences
• Prioritize features with the most impact
• Create detailed feature requirements
• Create wireframes to communicate high-level user experience requirements
• Work with designers to guide and iterate on the visual design
• Work with engineering and QA to develop and launch new features
• Coordinate with marketing to roll-out new products to sales teams and partners
• Create training and documentation as necessary
• Define and track KPIs to inform on-going product decisions
• Present to executive stakeholders on product plans and progress
• Maintain an 18-month product roadmap Desired qualifications include:
  • 3-5 years' product management experience
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS products targeted at IT professionals
  • Comfort with basic UX concepts including navigation, interaction design, and information architecture
  • Experience with web analytics tools such as Firebase or Google Analytics
  • BS in technical field, or curiosity and aptitude for understanding technology
  • Self-starter attitude, with ability to identify what needs to be done and execute with little supervision
  • Flexibility, with the interest and ability to work on a wide variety of products and tasks as needed
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills and ability to tailor communication to a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Comfort being hands-on, detail-oriented, and well organized
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with local and offshore engineering teams
  • Professionalism, with the ability to represent the company to customers and partners Benefits:
