Job Description What we're looking for: As Intuitive's Employee Communications & Engagement team, we are passionate about creating a workplace where employees are informed, engaged, and inspired to have a positive impact on each other, our company, and the world. We're looking for an experienced communications professional with a passion for leading a team of creators who develop content that aligns our employees with our company's mission, strategy, and goals. This position will: · Lead a team of writers, editors, designers, and project managers to create and implement impactful internal communications, including developing messaging and design for emails, newsletters, presentations, intranet articles, podcasts, videos, infographics, corporate events, and internal campaigns. · Working with our internal communications business partners, manage an editorial calendar to build a communications cadence that determines how and when to share our story based upon our strategic priorities. · Oversee external agency and freelance resources to drive our business and team goals forward. · Lead the development of templates, best practices, guidelines, and processes to ensure efficiency and scalability of our content development, project management, and creative resources to scale content creation to meet the needs of a global organization. · Partner with our Brand and Creative team to ensure alignment with brand standards. · Manage timelines and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within resource requirements. · Develop key performance indicators and provide regular data and analytics to demonstrate the effectiveness of our internal content development. · Support ad-hoc creative projects and initiatives, as needed. Qualifications Requirements In order to adequately perform the responsibilities of this position the individual must have: · Team-player attitude. Experience leading internal corporate teams of writers, designers, and project managers. Experience working in an external agency environment a plus. · Exceptional leadership, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills. · Strong interpersonal skills. · Proven track record in conceptualizing, implementing, and managing internal messaging and visual communications, including designing creative assets for internal communications teams. · Ability to move quickly, take initiative, multi-task, and work cross-functionally. · Expert-level skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Creative Suite. · 5-plus years of experience leading creative teams. · 15-plus years of related work experience with Corporate Creative and Brand, Internal Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or Corporate Communications background preferred. · Degree in English, communications, or similar field preferred. · Advanced degree and background in medical device/health care industry preferred.
