Aegis Powersports is seeking a full-time Associate Product Manager to join its Product team in Sunnyvale, California.Found in 2014 by K2 Insurance Services, Aegis Powersports underwrites and administers vehicle service contracts providing protection beyond factory warranties across the country.Aegis Powersports offers the opportunity to join an established company in growth mode. Our compensation program includes competitive pay; bonus plan; medical, dental and vision insurance with no waiting period; paid time-off in year of hire; and 401(k) with employer match.The Associate Product Manager reports directly to the Vice President of Aegis Powersports.Responsibilities:Assist company management with the development, deployment and maintenance of products either underwritten by Aegis Powersports or supported by third-party vendors.Work with sales and marketing teams to differentiate Aegis products in the market and promote successful growth.Work with claims and management teams to ensure underwriting profitability across all product lines.Become an expert in the configuration and updating of our F&I product system.Perform monthly and as-needed analysis of product results to achieve annual targets.Complete regulatory filings and other administrative tasks in support of product distribution nationally.Support sales team with dealer set-up and adjustments with our F&I product system.Qualifications:Experience with F&I products in the powersports industry.Bachelor's Degree preferred.Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.General office computer and software skills should be excellent.Ability to research competitors and products to design new product offerings.Strong attention to detail.Strong organizational and analytical skills.Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
