Job Description
This role will be based in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, New York,
Chicago or be fully remote.

We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to join our LinkedIn
Sales Solutions Product Management team in building innovative
products that professionals don't just use, but love. Our product
management team here at LinkedIn is motivated by creating products
that "wow" users, pushing the boundaries of what's possible and
making products which help people maximize their professional
opportunities.
LinkedIn Sales Navigator aims to bring buyers and sellers closer
together by allowing sellers to leverage the unique data and
insights available on LinkedIn to find new leads, build better
relationships with customers, and ultimately achieve their sales
goals. In this role you will lead a core part of Sales Navigator's
product strategy and roadmap, aimed at delivering value for our
largest enterprise customers. Applying your prior experience in
AI/ML, you will help define, drive and launch a variety of product
features focusing on Sales Intelligence, such as improved search,
recommendations, alerts, buyer interest and outreach for our
customers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to create
breakthrough products which could have a positive impact on
millions of people globally!
Responsibilities:
Understand and lead analyses of the competitive environment,
customers and product metrics to determine the right set of
features to deliver value and drive engagement and usage of our
products
Develop a comprehensive product roadmap to deliver on business
goals
Drive global product requirements definition, product planning and
product design (including writing PRDs) of new features and
enhancements
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Design, Data Science
and with the Product Development teams to bring features live to
the site
Clearly communicate product proposals, plans, benefits and progress
to our users and internal teams and stakeholders
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
BS degree in a technology-related field
7+ years of experience in a product management or equivalent
role
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Engineer, Data
Scientist or related role, developing product features, that
implement Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning.
Preferred Qualifications:
MS degree in a technology-related field related to Artificial
Intelligence and Machine Learning model development
The desire to drive product development as a senior individual
contributor Product Manager - focused on execution of the
responsibilities of a PM, rather than managing other PMs.
Experience building web products with a demonstrated ability to
drive product planning, development and launch
Experience building search, recommendations or notifications AI
products
Experience working with data scientists and data engineers, and
related data pipelines and tools
Strong understanding of the most recent trends in consumer web
usage, marketplaces, online communities and social media
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with
and understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and
their relevance to the marketplace
Ability to manage and lead across highly cross-functional teams
Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and
non-technical audiences

8-5-201(2): (Colorado only) The minimum pay for this role is
$175,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of
factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to
skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific
office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of
labor considerations.
The total compensation package for this position may also include
annual performance bonus, stock and benefits. For additional
