This role can be based in our San Francisco office, our global
headquarters in Sunnyvale, CA, or performed remotely in most
locations in the US Pacific, Mountain, and Central time zones.

We are seeking exceptional talent to lead our high performing team
of professional project managers within the Global Talent
Organization (HR) team. This role will be focused on leading
project management efforts on our most critical strategic
priorities with the ultimate goal of empowering our employees to do
the best work of their careers.
The right candidate will know how to build deep partnerships with
our HR leadership team, functional leaders, and champion
enthusiastic new ways of leading and supporting our HR Project
Management Office.
Responsibilities:
Build upon our vision & strategy for this incredible team of
project managers and partner cross functionally to build a project
management practice that can scale to future state needs
Provide Project Management leadership & execution on our most
critical key cross functional projects/initiatives.
Willingness to tackle highest complexity projects & initiatives to
grow the business
Passionate about the success of the projects and their teams
Partner closely with the HR Change Management Leader to deliver
best in class project and change management on strategic
initiatives
Team Management
Enable and empower your team of project managers in the Global
Talent Organization
Recruit, onboard and develop top talent of professional project
managers
Provide mentorship, coaching & direction to the team of
professional project managers
Strive to constantly improve the project management approach used
within HR
Monitor and be responsible for the priorities and workload of
overall team
Governs with unquestionable ethics and unswerving integrity
Strengthen and socialize the LinkedIn Project Management
Methodology and understand the connection points to our LinkedIn
Change Management Methodology as well as key stakeholders that will
be critical to the success of this team
Build a LinkedIn Project Management Curriculum to support and coach
project teams / individuals on project management principles and
best practices
Be a trusted thought partner to HR & Enterprise Business Leaders in
assessing, driving and providing advisory support for Project
Management needs
Create Project Management Support Intake Model and socialize with
key stakeholders
Establish parameters to measure the effectiveness of project
management plans/activities
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
BA/BS Degree or equivalent practical experience with people,
process, and technology change implementations
10+ years of Project Management experience
5+ years of people management experience
Experience with global / international employee populations across
North America, Europe and Asia
Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management and/or Change Management Certification(s) are a
plus
Strong understanding of project management principles,
methodologies, and tools
Strong experience in leading complex cross functional projects in a
global environment. Track record in managing transformation
projects while applying innovative project management
methodologies
Experience in leading successful teams with a passion for people
development
Poised under pressure -
Ability to effectively lead & operate with flexibility in a
fast-paced, evolving environment
Comfortable working under deadlines and producing key
deliverables
Communication -
Effective communication, facilitation, and presentation development
skills with the ability to take complex, ambiguous topics and turn
them into stories that influence an audience
Ability to communicate clearly and influence business focused roles
at all levels of the organization
Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills;
ability to speak and write clearly, concisely and compellingly
Understanding of core HR teams, stakeholders and processes
including HR Operations, Learning & Development, Talent
Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Business Partners, People Analytics,
DIBs (Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging), Talent Development and
strong ability to work with employees in various cross functional
groups (IT, Legal, Finance etc.)
Ability to dream big and connect the dots as an influential Project
Management Expert
Passion for knowledge sharing with direct team members, key
business, and technical stakeholders
Strong attention to detail - Must be highly diligent, and focused
on driving issues both big and small to completion
Autonomous Productivity - Ability to be highly productive with
little oversight from senior management
Ownership Mentality -
Sets goals and drives to their fulfillment
Proactive problem solving and follow through
Wants to be held accountable for successes and lessons learned
High energy and contagious enthusiasm
Experience in engaging across global markets and cultures
Experience leading / project managing the following types of
project(s) is a plus!

As required by C.R.S.
8-5-201(2): (Colorado only) The minimum pay for this role is
$150,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of
factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to
skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific
office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of
labor considerations.
The total compensation package for this position may also include
annual performance bonus, stock and benefits. For additional
