This position is ideally based in the Bay Area (Sunnyvale or San Francisco), and will be determined based on where the chosen candidate for the role resides.

As an Insights Program Manager supporting the Talent Solutions business, you will leverage one of the richest proprietary data sets in the world.You will work with a high-caliber, passionate team to lead high-impact projects and scale data-driven narratives that enable sales teams to unlock customer value.

Which companies are gaining and losing talent?How do we measure the value and performance of our products? How can companies reach and engage top in-demand talent pools? These are just a handful of the questions we can answer with our data.As a Senior Program Manager, youll come up with new questions and opportunities to create value, prioritize, and focus your efforts on those that will have maximum impact for the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage LinkedIn's unique set of professional and enterprise data to build a portfolio of data-driven assets that enable LinkedIn sales and marketing teams to unlock customer value.
  • Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Data Science, and Sales teams to continue to evolve and refine the way we talk about the value of our products with customers.
  • Conceptualize and drive a set of initiatives that help our clients make better talent decisions with data while also partnering with internal teams to shape our client strategy.
  • Craft data-driven narratives through compelling visualizations in Tableau and internal systems
  • Create requirements and project plans for analytic programs, tools, or narratives and re-prioritize based on impact and effort to complete
  • Build cross-functional momentum for operational improvements and partner effectively with other teams

    Qualifications

    Basic Qualifications
    • BA/BS degree
    • 4+ years of experience with data analysis, consulting, or turning data into insights for internal and/or external stakeholders
    • 3+ years of experience with program, project or product management
    • 2+ years of experience withSQL
    • 1+ years of experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or equivalent)

      Preferred Qualifications

      • BA/BS degree in math,statistics, economics or related quantitative field preferred
      • Experience with product, marketing or sales analytics and/or data science
      • Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
      • Experience with stakeholder management and the ability to influence without authority
      • Experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs
      • Business acumen, creative problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity and desire/ability to learn
      • Experience with big data technologies (e.g. Hadoop, Hive, Pig)
      • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment within a technology/product/sales/client services role

        As required by C.R.S.
        • 8-5-201(2): (Colorado only) The minimum pay for this role is $112,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
