Job Description

The role of this PM will be to work with a large cross-functional team and stakeholders in multiple Lines of Business to build a unified Acquisition and Management Platform for LinkedIn's multi-billion-dollar subscription business. In this role you would define and lead monetization initiatives aimed at boosting paid member acquisition and retention for our subscription businesses and directly drive dollars for the company.

Responsibilities:
Work cross-functionally with multiple Lines of Business to understand requirements for different types of subscription services at LinkedIn, triage and prioritize these requirements and build a customizable platform that serves these needs
Understand and lead analyses of product metrics, user feedback and user research in order to define and execute projects aimed at boosting paid member acquisition and retention for our subscription businesses
Understand how to build an ecosystem product and make trade-off decisions for the good of the ecosystem
Clearly communicate the product vision to internal stakeholders and executives

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
BS/BA Degree in a technology-related field OR equivalent experience
7+ years of experience in consumer or platform product management or equivalent role

Preferred Qualifications:
MS degree in a technology-related field
Strong analytical skills
Experience building software with a demonstrated ability to drive product roadmaps, development, and launch
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with and understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and their relevance to the marketplace
Ability to manage and lead across highly cross-functional teams
Experience in operating with partner ecosystems in collaboration with business development
Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
