Job Description:

Lead construction status meetings and attend status reviews, design reviews, and schedule reviews. Document each meeting with open actions, assign responsibility, obtain agreement of commitment and follow up with assigned team members through closure. Coordination with utility providers to ensure timely design and completion of the required temporary and permanent infrastructure aligning with project requirements. Provide building permit review status. Provide analysis of contractor schedules including critical path determination and float time, recovery plans. Organize and provide equipment start up commissioning witness with results documented. Coordinate delivery and installation of Owners Furniture and Equipment direct with vendors, including furniture providers, information technology (IT) and network infrastructure providers, plant security systems. Coordinate and organize the project team including architectural firms, engineering firms, survey firms, consultants, contractors, moving companies, and local building officials. LOOKING FOR 10 to 15 years of construction management experience, including Industrial construction. Experience managing project budgets. Experience with large infrastructure projects within existing facilities that must always remain operational during construction. Experience in managing projects greater than 50M.
