- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field,
or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in production engineering, driving
cross-functional and cross-organizational programs.
- 5 years of experience leading teams within technical program
management or equivalent roles.
- Technical program management experience in infrastructure
engineering, product design, network content delivery or data
center networking. Preferred qualifications:
- Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science or related technical
- Experience managing programs through changing specifications or
standards, including creating an environment in which the team
works through to a solution to ambiguous problems.

Reliability Infrastructure you will unleash your leadership skills,
deep technical capabilities, and talents for program management,

focus on leading the technology programs and solutions to
ultimately make highly-reliable services possible via engineering.
You will lead a team, as part of the Technical Program Management
(TPM) Cloud Programs / Technical Infrastructure team, responsible
for managing cross-functional programs that span across Cloud and
related infrastructure organizations producing results in a timely
manner. Your background in production engineering (Site Reliability
Engineering) will be ideal for success in setting vision and
direction, improving productivity, quality standards, resolving
systemic problems, identifying trends and implementing change.

- Set vision and execution of organizational direction for broad,
cross-organizational projects across the Reliability Infrastructure
teams in Technical Infrastructure.
- Strategically partner with senior leadership in engineering and
product management, ensuring TPM alignment with engineering and
product priorities, forecasting resourcing requirements for TPM,
while driving sublinear scaling at a rapid pace.
- Provide oversight of delivery across the complete portfolio of
reliability infrastructure initiatives.
- Build a healthy, scalable and growth-oriented TPM organization
working on every aspect of Google's Reliability Infrastructure,
with a goal of driving alignment amongst engineering and partner
- Lead TPM groups to streamline processes, simplify execution,
manage Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), release on time, bring
tooling efficiencies and help teams in execution. Location Google
