  Weekly Taxable Pay: $1080
  Weekly Housing Stipend: $630

• Responsible for the coordination of health care decisions by using a systematic approach to ensure treatment plans that improve quality and outcomes
• Responsible for the promotion of cost-effective care within allotted time frame
• Assure payments of hospital-based services meet patient-related utilization of management criteria
• Implementation of safe and appropriate discharge plans
• Asses the Case Management needs of the patient and provide intervention as part of the discharge planning process
• Primary functions include: Clinical Interventions/Discharge, Care Planning Management, Fiscal Manage and Payer/Referral Management
  
  JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR THE RN CM REGISTERED NURSE CASE MANAGER:
  
• Current licensure as Registered Nurse in state of practice
• Previous experience in case management or related area
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
