Applied Industrial Technologies is hiring a full-time Customer
Sales & Service Representative at our Salinas, CA service center .
In this role, you'll provide professional and timely support to our
sales team and customers. As a leading industrial distributor (and

accordance with applicable wage transparency law requirements, the
typical estimated total compensation for this position is
$20.00-$23.00/hr depending on experience, including potential bonus
opportunities. Monthly bonus amounts are tied to location and
individual performance, but no specific amount is guaranteed. What
you’ll do: In our fast-paced team environment, you will partner
with our customers and outside sales team to find products and
services, solve customer needs, and build ongoing positive business
relationships. Solve customer inquiries, prepare quotes,
process/expedite orders & returns Source parts from suppliers
nationwide Assist in generating sales by upselling, adding on, &
educating customers Assemble hoses for walk-in customers Help in
the stockroom & deliver orders to customers as needed
Qualifications & Skills: 1 year customer service, inside sales,
mechanical or maintenance experience required High school diploma,
GED or equivalent required Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office & data entry software Attention to
detail, time management, organization, & communication Valid
driver's license & clean driving record (MVR) Come for the job.
