Apply today!ResponsibilitiesApplying expertise as a full diagnostic technician to assess and complete complex automotive repairs on components such as electrical, suspension and A/C systems.Utilize OBD2 Scanners and other diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle problems.Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and adhere to manufacturer specifications.Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle issues and recommended repairs.Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and participate in ongoing training as needed.Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to achieve high levels of satisfaction.Qualifications10-15+ years prior experience as an Automotive Mechanic/Technician demonstrating strong knowledge of automotive systems and componentsValid drivers license & clean driving recordExcellent problem solving and diagnostic skillsAttention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment to meet or exceed hourly goalsPhysical RequirementsOccasionally lift and/or move over 50 poundsBe able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their headWork in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repairHave the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand-toolsWalk/stand for the majority of the workdayDrive manual transmission vehiclesKeeping a brisk work pace in a high-volume environmentEfficiently navigate a computerAbout Us:Stress-Free Auto Care is a modern, tech enabled shop.
