Job Description:

Director of Engineering (DVT) Our client is looking to fill a HW Director of Engineering (DVT) to join their team. This person will be overseeing 18-20 team members including 2-3 Sr. Managers. You will be part of a great high-performance team that continues to execute generation after generation in the high volume, high end phone, pad, and laptop marketplace. Scope:

• Incorporate state of the art verification techniques to tackle scaling and performance requirements
• Define and implement infrastructure for HW/SW co-simulation
• Execute verification strategy which ensure prototypes meet device and system level requirements
• Top-level and block-level performance verification, power, and use-case verification
• Support test program development, chip validation, and chip life until production maturity
• Team Management and Building
• Mentor junior engineers Requirement:
  • 12+ years relevant industry experience
  • Experience with hardware design and debug, C++/SystemC and other programming languages are a strong plus
  • Familiarity with overall chip design methodologies and tools
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
