You will be working on innovative wireless access service, protocols and standards.Developing next-gen carrier-grade wireless access points that will enable carriers and enterprises to stay ahead of the exploding demand for high-bandwidth applications and services.

Responsibilities:
Conduct software architecture, software design, development and debug features and code reviews to advance 802.11 features, services and protocols.Rapid development, quickly responding, apply your wireless/networking knowledge and software skills to come up with innovative solutions to real-life customer problemsWork closely with software, QA and support engineers and project management to ship high quality APYou will design software with superior modularity, maintainability and serviceability that can be used across multiple product lines based on different hardware architecture.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of embedded Linux and wireless development/debugging experience2+ years of experience with 802.11 productsStrong architectural skills - design/implement for serviceability, performance and modularityDemonstrated track record of system design and innovative ways to solve problemsCurious and willing to learn .Strong systematic problem solving and analytical skillsIn-depth understanding of 802.11ac protocols, knowledge of MU-MIMO desirableKnowledge of TCP/IP/UDP networking fundamentalsExcellent programming skills in C.BS/MS in CS/EE or equivalent training in the field
