Make product development plan, monitor the outcome, seek alignment and make rational adjustment.- Maintain product check list, and conduct phase gate reviews. - Make product qualification plan, monitor and report the results. - Participate in failure analysis and problem solving. - Coordinate engineering builds and evaluation at different phases, analyze and interpret the test results independently. - Proactively drive project to meet target timeline. - Track and report project status on a regular basis, highlight deviation from the development plan and seek alignment among cross functional team. - Support customer inquiries regarding datasheet or special characterization. - Support product quality incidents and problem resolution. - Monitor new platform ramp-up and yield stabilization.What You Need for this Position BS in EE or semiconductor related field (M.S. or Ph.D. preferred) with 3+ years experience/knowledge of the following: - Semiconductor device product development - Experience with Power Discrete MOSFET or similar devices - Understanding of semiconductor device physics, statistical analysis, failure analysis and basic circuit analysis - Knowledge in semiconductor device fabrication and assembly process - Hands on experience with lab testing equipment such as probe station, Tektronix curve tracer, HP4142B, Keysight power device analyzer and etc. - Strong data analysis skills, experience in statistical data analysis tool such as datapower/eXensio/JMP/Minitab a plus - Project management experience a plus - Results orientated problem solving skills with solid engineering judgement - Good verbal and written communications skillsSo, if you are a Sr. Product Development Engineer with Power Discrete MOSFET experience, please apply today! or send an updated copy of your resume to Mike.Vandenbergh@CyberCoders.com for immediate consideration!
