companiesWhat You Will Be Doing-Successful integration of
technology into customer products in the automotive and robotics
industries.-Technical troubleshooting in the field.- Manage
customer relationship with project manager.- Perform on-site
hardware, software, and networking set-up of autonomous vehicle
systems.- Serve as an on-site problem solver and ensure the
deployment of Phantom hardware and software.- Ensure all system
performance expectations are achieved. Log and relay all on-site
issues to our operations and engineering teams.- Understand and
optimize customer/site workflows and ensure our product satisfies
customers use cases and workflows.- Conduct Acceptance Testing with
the customer.What You Need for this Position- Great interpersonal
communication skills.- Previous experience working with customers.-
3+ years of professional experience with Python, Javascript (ES6),
or C++.- networking- Wireshark, Tcpdump, and Linux tools (ss,
netcat, etc)- TCP and UDP protocols- Linux network devices and
interfaces- Strong Linux background.- C++, Python, or
Javascript.Preferred- Previous experience deploying and integrating
software at customer sites.- Experience with electronics/hardware.-
Experience in automotive or robotics.- 5-7 years of experience with
C++, Python, and JS.- Experience with streaming multimedia (video,
audio, data).- Familiarity with containers (Docker / Kubernetes).-
Experience with Unix sockets.- Experience with WebSockets.What''s
