Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A
Speech-Language Pathologist is needed for a contract position based
in Fairfield, CA, supporting a school district with a caseload
ranging from pre-kindergarten through post-secondary students. This
onsite role requires delivering direct speech-language services
within the school environment from now until June 11, 2026, with a
potential opportunity for a new school year position. Key
Responsibilities: - Evaluate, assess, and provide intervention for
students exhibiting speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for a
diverse caseload - Collaborate with educators, families, and
multidisciplinary teams to support student progress - Maintain
accurate documentation and participate in meetings as required -
Adapt interventions to meet developmental and academic needs across
age groups from PK to post-secondary Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters degree or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology -
Current CTC credential for school-based SLP services - Active state
licensure to practice speech-language pathology - Experience
servicing a school-age population preferred - Strong communication
and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration Location and
Work Schedule: - Position is onsite in Fairfield, CA (no virtual or
teletherapy options) - 37.5 hours per week Benefits: - Contract
