Corporate Engineering for architecting the future enterprise, our
Systems Engineering & Architecture team needs a deputy to the
Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEIT) IPT Manager to help
set the vision and develop the people and pathway to realize the
OneLM Common Design vision.As this deputy SEIT IPT lead of this
Systems Engineering and Architecture team you will be responsible
for setting the standard for systems engineering and architecture
practices for all transformational development, partnering with
other team leaders, Corporate Engineering and Operations, Business
Development, and the Business Areas.Primary responsibility will
include:--- Set Systems Engineering and Architecture best practices
in place and ensure adherence across Lockheed Martin's
Transformational organizations--- Work with industry and LM
customer organizations to understand and implement systems
engineering and architectural standards--- Partner with Enterprise
Business and Digital Transformation Leaders to manage planning and
execution tasks for realizing the Mission Driven Transformation
Vision--- Partner with Corporate Engineering, Corporate Operations
and Business Area leaders to ensure OneLM Solutions meet the
business needs of the Enterprise--- Work directly with Business
Area Capture leaders to shape offerings highlighting Lockheed
Martin's transformational accomplishments--- Lead a team of senior
Systems Engineers and Architects with a broad vision of
Transformation ObjectivesBasic Qualifications:---Bachelors degree
in an engineering/technical discipline from an accredited college
in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined
education, with 20 years or more of professional experience; or 18
years with a related Masters, or 15 years with a related PhD
degree. Viewed as the most senior authority in discipline---Working
knowledge of systems engineering and systems architecture
practices---Knowledge of business process architecture and business
process transformation---Strong communications and documentation
skillsDesired Skills:---Knowledge of DOORS NG and requirements
development process---Experience with UML/SysML/UAF and modeling
tools such as Cameo or Rhapsody

salary range for this position is $147,500 - $245,800 . Please note

education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as,
market and business considerations when extending an offer.This

Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position
will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed
Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a
Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that
provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range
from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may
be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with
additional time away from the office and are in addition to our
Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3
