Job Description Job Description Project Superintendent We are a well-established construction firm with over three decades of experience delivering high-impact commercial projects in the Bay Area. As we expand our footprint in the city, we're seeking a Project Superintendent to lead corporate interior projects in South San Francisco with integrity and a commitment to excellence with each project we build. Key Responsibilities: Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of commercial interior construction projects. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment. Manage site operations, safety compliance, and quality control. Monitor project progress and proactively address issues to avoid delays or cost overruns. Prepare and present regular project reports to senior leadership. Foster a collaborative team environment and mentor junior staff.
