The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for strategy and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on marketing automation and paid advertising to drive demand generation. In partnership with the greater marketing team, you will deliver the tactics that drive the business.
This position is part of the North America Digital Marketing Team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• 
  Strategize and execute multi-channel campaigns across buying stages, monitor performance and optimize spend
  
  
• 
  Manage highly visible demand generation, customer email marketing campaigns and strategy across the region (Canada & USA)
  
  
• 
  Manage Cepheid's instance of Google Tag Manager
  
  
• 
  Develop and execute campaigns and tactics across paid and organic channels such as search, display, email, website, YouTube and more
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with the digital marketing team to understand current marketing automation needs and engage in envisioning new strategies and potential solutions
  
  
• 
  Work with internal and external teams to optimize our marketing tech stack, including marketing automation & account-based marketing platforms, CRM applications and other technologies to harmonize and ensure functionality, to support our marketing efforts
  
  
  The essential requirements of the job include:
  Education and Experience:
  
  • 
    
  • 
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, B2B marketing or related field with 8+ years of related work Experience OR Master's Degree in field with 6+ years of related work experience OR Doctoral degree in field with 3+ years of work experience
    
    
  • 
    Experience in Marketing Automation, Pardot a plus
    
    
  • 
    Working knowledge of Google tools (Analytics, Google AdWords, Search Console) and SEO/PPC best practices needed
    
    
    It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in :

    • 
      Pardot administration and sync tools
      
      
    • 
      Paid Social (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube)
      
      
    •

      The salary range for this role is $104,800 - $144,200. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
      This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
