Demand Generation Marketing Manager
Responsibilities

• 
  
• Drive revenue through an array of online lead generation programs including email, content, paid media, webinars, and more
  
• Build programs from scratch based on set KPIs and budgets, across a variety of lead acquisition channels
  
• Test, refine, and scale
  
• Work with new partners to design layouts, CTAs, etc to increase the efficiency of any of the lead generation program implemented
  
• Collaborate with sales relying on quantitative data as well as qualitative to improve programs
  
• Partner with Sales sharing the understanding our marketing investment, lead flow volumes, routing leads, etc
  
• Consistently report/analyze data results
  
  Requirements
  
  • 
    
  • 3-5 years successful Demand Generation Marketing in B2B; experience with micro businesses or SMB highly preferred
    
  • -Hands on campaign management via -Marketo and SFDC
    
  • -Data driven - keen sense for data working in SFDC to create dashboards for on-demand program visibility and for quarterly business reviews
    
  • Results oriented with a passion and drive to dramatically grow business results
    
  • Innovative and curious by generating new ideas to push the bounds of marketing
    
  • Analytical with a "test & learn" mindset and the ability to continually assess KPIs to monitor business performance
    
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
    
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills. Active listening with strong follow-through and prioritization
    
  • 4 year degree, preferably in Business or equivalent work experience -

      The base salary range for candidates within the -San Francisco Bay Area is $80,000 - $120,000. -Actual base pay will depend on a variety of factors such as education, skills, experience, specific location, etc. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Regular employees may also be eligible for bonus(es), sales incentive(s) (target included in OTE) and/or stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). - -
