Job Title: Marketing Communications - Senior Manager


GENERAL KEY FUNCTIONS


  • Develop and oversee marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
  • Responsible for creating and implementing digital and traditional media marketing strategy to increase opportunity generation and wins driven by Marketing Qualified leads in accordance with the 1, 3 and 5 year business plan.
  • Responsible for optimizing the lead generation and nurturing process utilizing various marketing platforms and techniques in order to increase marketing qualified leads conversion rates to opportunities and opportunity wins.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    Marketing Planning

    • Develop digital, traditional media and event marketing strategies, business plans and budgetary requirements to meet company growth objectives in the US region.
    • Formulate annual business plan and monthly tracking report on Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) as well as opportunity generation and opportunity wins generated from MQL.
    • Keep current with latest developments with digital marketing, traditional marketing, events and Industry user practices and expectations surrounding IDEC customers. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
    • Plan other and new marketing activities necessary to achieve MQL and other KPI objectives.
    • Conduct research on marketing trends, customer demand, and other necessary information required to assure continuous inflow of dynamics for continuous evolution of marketing automation approaches.
    • Maintain awareness of competitors and positioning of their marketing communication approaches
    • Propose and Develop as needed, any changes or additional business processes which can result in improving the opportunity generation and conversion rates

      Project Management

      • Manage Product Videos and Photo production projects.
      • Manage corporate events such as product training programs and exhibitions.
      • Manage Distributor cooperative marketing activities
      • Manage Print media plan and projects for catalogs, brochures and other printed media.
      • Coordinate Trade-show events and other third party advertisement opportunitiesDirectly drive the creative process in generating all visual contents on both digital and traditional media.

        Digital Marketing Activities

        • Work with the Director of Global digital marketing, US Product Marketing managers and Verticals marketing manager to implement various digital marketing campaigns for US in accordance with the KPIs set for the year in each of these fields.
        • Drive online traffic on all digital touch points, track conversion rates and making improvements to on contents and websites to achieve KPI.
        • Oversee the SEO/SEM campaigns, marketing database, email, social and display advertising campaigns.
        • Work with Digital marketing specialist to configure lead generation and nurturing campaigns utilizing SFDC and Marketo Marketing Automation platform.

          Support:

          • Cross training of international peers when needed.
          • Travel may be required for key internal meetings outside of US.
          • Other duties as may be required.


            QUALIFICATIONS

            EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

            • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university in Marketing or related field.
            • 5+ years digital marketing experience preferably in B-to-B environment.
            • Knowledge of Marketo or equivalent Marketing Automation platform
            • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and Search Engine marketing (e.g. Adwords)
            • Experience setting up corporate events
            • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
            • Additionally technical understanding of applications such as Salesforce.com and SAP Hybris would be helpful.


              LANGUAGE SKILLS

              • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, application flow diagrams and governmental regulations.
              • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
              • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.


                MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

                • Key mathematical abilities in statistical analysis, electrical/mechanical calculations, percentages, cost/sales evaluations and business analysis.


                  REASONING ABILITY

                  • Ability to define problems, analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
                  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or in diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
