qualified talent and build winning teams.The Integrated Marketing
Team is responsible for empowering the talent acquisition audience
and customer base to be more successful in their jobs, accelerating
revenue for LinkedIn and deepening LinkedIn's relationship with key
decision makers.Unique OpportunityAs a Marketing Manager on the
Integrated Marketing team, you'll lead global marketing campaigns
to drive customer engagement and awareness of major LTS products
and solutions. In this highly cross-functional role partnering with
teams like Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Content Marketing,
and Regional Marketing you'll be responsible for developing
multi-channel campaigns that elevate the customer experience, keep
customers informed about product launches and help them get value
from LinkedIn.Key Responsibilities
- Support go-to-market product launches for customers and drive
ongoing engagement with our global customer base via thought
leadership campaigns.
- Own customer marketing content, digital channels (web, email,
paid media, virtual events), and creative strategy development for
campaigns alongside agency partners
- Build quarterly plans with core partners and then bring them to
life in collaboration with teams like Marketing Ops and Data
Science
- Manage projects to delivery within budget, ensuring timelines
are met and key stakeholders are involved
- Analyze campaign performance and share insights and learnings
with leadership and partners.
- Employ industry best practices and look for opportunities to
increase campaign/channel effectiveness
- Keep up-to-date with product, customer and field insights to
build customer empathy and proactively adapt to emergent business
and customer needs QualificationsBasic Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in marketing and/or business
strategyPreferred Qualifications
- Ability to successfully balance multiple competing priorities
and manage complex workstreams with multiple stakeholders while
consistently delivering results
- Ability to frame insights and communicate recommendations
simply and effectively
- Ability to effectively engage with and drive cross-functional
teams to align around and achieve shared objectives
- Ability to develop and position key product features, benefits,
and value propositions in a clear and compelling way throughout
multiple marketing channels such as web, paid media and email
- Strong analytical skills and track record of measuring and
optimizing marketing programs

practices.The pay range for this role is $82,000 to $130,000.
Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are
unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set,
depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
This may be different in other locations due to differences in the
cost of labor.The total compensation package for this position may
also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other
