Talent Brand and Social Media Specialist, Contractor The Blue River People team is looking for a motivated individual to temporarily join our team to support the planning and execution of Talent marketing initiatives such as website management, content creation, content design, social media promotion, as well as revamp our recruiting resources and candidate facing materials. All of this work will help demonstrate why we have been named Bay Area's Top Workplace for 2020. The impact you'll have---

  • Support employer brand and recruitment marketing strategies
  • Audit and standardize company messaging across all Talent platforms to ensure a cohesive employer brand
  • Update Talent branding platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor, as well as support growth on new platforms
  • Identify and recommend innovative approaches to expand our Talent Brand
  • Highlight DEI initiatives
  • Ensure our messaging is inclusive and encourages diverse candidates from all backgrounds to apply
  • Act as liaison between People and Product Management teams to ensure new content is published on our digital platforms
  • Coordinate Social Media posts to highlight exciting milestones, open roles, our great culture
  • Utilize existing branding inventory (copy, graphic design, video, and photography) to enhance our candidate facing employer brand
  • Manage our Social Media Calendar to ensure an appropriate frequency of new content.-- Who we're looking for---
    • Ability to dive into projects and stick to timelines to execute assigned projects within contracted period
    • Ability to work creatively within established company branding and voice
    • Ability to take existing company collateral and repurpose it for People team platforms
    • Ability to quickly produce copy that doesn't require significant edits
    • Experience using social media management and social listening tools/platforms like Loomly
    • Effective oral and written communication skills
    • Highly organized and detailed-oriented
