Together,--let's--help to advance the world of minimally invasive care.-- Primary Function of Position: Brand and Creative is Intuitive's global brand strategy and creative group. We lead the strategy and evolution of the global Intuitive brand across all corporate properties and owned channels inclusive of marketing, advertising, and promotional efforts. The primary role of the Sr Group Manager Creative Producer within the Brand and Creative team is to establish best practices for improving the planning and readiness of project requests from across the business as they move from strategic opportunity to defined requirements and creative briefs that are prioritized for execution. The role is typical of a Senior Account Manager, found at an external agency. The Sr Group Manager Creative Producer will serve this function within our internal Brand and Creative group. They will be responsible for proactively leading the planning of projects, ensuring we have complete project requirement documents from stakeholders, supporting the co-creation of those requirements if necessary, securing internal or external project resources, and working with the Brand and Creative Project Management team to kick-off and support the successful project development process with the creative teams through launch. The Sr Group Manager Creative Producer will report to the Sr Director, Brand and Creative and work proactively and productively across the business and with Senior Executives to prioritize and prepare programs approved by the Marketing PMO for creative development. This process will require a leader who knows how to be prepared with data when necessary and have the gravitas and EQ to know when to hold a position or accommodate change within reason. They will be the primary source of calm and clarity to ensure project requests reaching the Brand and Creative teams are in a state of readiness to begin, key stakeholders are kept informed, team DRI's held accountable for complete and accurate input, and timely feedback and status provided throughout the process. The multi-disciplinary capability of the Brand and Creative team includes Brand Strategy, Content Strategy and Copywriting, Graphic Design, Video Production, Virtual Event Production, 3D Rendering and Photography, Motion Graphics, UX/UI Design, and Project Management. Key Qualifications:

  • You have at least 10 years of experience working for world-class global brands in an in-house or agency role as part of a centralized creative, marketing, or integrated communications team.
  • You have progressed through your career as an Account Manager, Creative Operations leader, or Program Manager driving continuous improvement along your career journey.
  • You have measurable experience managing creative workflow for integrated programs that cross print, video, digital, and experiential tactics.
  • You are adept at using shared project management and ticketing software such as Workfront and Jira to manage teams, process, and workflow efficiently.
  • You have a desire and proven ability to manage teams, nurture talent, and influence adjacent teams.
  • You have proven experience presenting managing Executive and C-suite stakeholders.
  • You are comfortable and effective in communicating high-level concepts and overall business direction in one-on-one settings in addition to large groups.
  • You are a strategic thinker, comfortable navigating ambiguity and helping partners align with brand, creative, and editorial strategy.
  • You are able to synthesize and organize information quickly within a deadline to support moving projects forward.
  • You have extraordinary communication and negotiation skills and build rapport, credibility, and influence with partners working in a highly dynamic, highly matrix'd organization.
  • You understand that team and personal success comes from building positive relationships with colleagues and business partners.
  • Your time and project management skills are excellent; you are curious, learn quickly, and can accommodate rapid change.
  • You are exacting in your attention to detail; your written communication is specific, actionable, and error free.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time. Role & Responsibility:
    • Serve as primary conduit between Marketing PMO and Brand and Creative teams to validate requests against approved projects as determined by the business.
    • Identify gaps in planning, project requirements, and success metrics; working with stakeholders and the Brand and Creative team to unblock projects.
    • Lead the Brand and Creative Project Management team connecting the Marketing PMO with the daily project management and operational realities.
    • Establish common planning and program management methodology including project requirement documentation, stakeholder reporting standards, and best-practices that are portable and applicable to US, EU and APAC marketing teams and creative vendors.
    • Actively participate in PMO specific meetings and planning sessions to represent and convey strategic Brand and Creative project considerations and priorities.
    • Manage the identification and approval process of global vendors in coordination with the Brand Strategy, Creative, and Media Production teams.
    • Use data to report project status, areas of inefficiency, and highlight opportunities of improvement.
    • Use your problem-solving skills to implement process changes to improve efficiency and the quality of the creative output within available budgets.
    • Quantify the demand vs capacity, efficiency, and cost of projects and resources led by the Brand and Creative team to support future financial and human capital investment.
    • Coordinate with regional team members and Corporate Brand and Creative teams to onboard and train vendors so they are set up for successful engagements with Intuitive.
    • Deliver quarterly updates on Brand and Creative program performance against PMO plans making sure Workfront, Jira, and other relevant performance data is up-to-date and accurate.
    • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for regional team alignment or program support. Experience & Education:
      • Minimum 10+ years of project management or creative operations experience in an in-house creative group, creative agency or similar environment.
