We're thrilled to present an onsite Accounts Receivable Specialist opportunity on the east side of Monroeville, PA! This role will focus on cash applications, account reconciliations and collections. Responsibilities Generate and send monthly customer statements and reports Apply payments (check, credit card, ACH) and reconcile accounts receivable Reach out to customers in regards to outstanding balances Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts for accuracy Support accounts payable, billing, and other accounting duties Requirements Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred At least 2 years experience in accounts receivable or a related area Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables and vlookups) SAP experience a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Benefits: 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, etc Pay Details: $28.00 to $35.00 per hour Search managed by: Jessica Robbins Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
