experienced Managing Veterinarian or an experienced Associate DVM
interested in stepping into a leadership role with structured
support and mentorship. /n Whether you are already leading a
hospital or are a strong clinician ready to grow into a Medical
Director role, this position is designed to meet you where you
are—providing leadership transition support, training, and

closely with the Hospital Manager on operations, financial
performance, and compliance /n /n - /n Foster strong client
relationships and community engagement /n /n - /n Build a positive,
