• Organized, detail-oriented and able to lead a winning team of passionate and service-driven hospitality professionals.
• Strong sales background and established networking skills.
• Proven ability to drive GSS.
• Effective in hiring, mentoring and leading a team toward outstanding results.
• F&B experience in hotel operations and boutique hotel experience preferred.
• Prior GM experience required, Hilton experience preferred.As a General Manager, you will be instrumental in hiring, motivating and rewarding a winning management team supporting our company's mission statement and embracing our cornerstones.
