Senior Manager, Workplace Planning and OptimizationSenior
Manager, Workplace Planning and OptimizationWe are seeking a highly
strategic and collaborative leader to join our team as the Senior
Manager of Workplace Planning and Optimization. This role will lead
a team responsible for aligning our global portfolio's supply with
the demands of our business, provide critical real estate data
analysis that supports our company's objectives, and work with our
businesses to achieve effective workplace occupancy plans. In our
fast-growing and dynamic environment, we seek a highly motivated
professional to play a key role within the RESS (Real Estate and
Site Services) global team. An important part of this role is to
establish and maintain effective relationships with our businesses,
engage with other RESS teams and work closely with the Finance, IT,
and HR departments.The Senior Manager will report to the Senior
Director of Global Real Estate Planning and Workplace Design and
oversee the following teams: Occupancy Planning, Space Management
and Data Analytics. You will lead a team of professionals to
support the creation of various scenarios at headquarters and
globally that positively impact NVIDIA's workplace and
workforce.What you will be doing:Strategic and Occupancy Planning
Leadership
- Define and implement a comprehensive global work location
strategy that aligns with NVIDIA's overall business objectives and
addresses current and future workplace needs.
- Own supply/demand modeling for our global portfolio and ensure
demand requirements are consistent, comprehensive, and meet the
strategic needs of the company.
- Drive the optimization of workspace arrangements and
neighborhoods to enable employees to perform their best work,
providing dedicated desks or FlexDesks based on utilization.
- Work with the Santa Clara Project Management function and the
Lab Strategy team to resolve space-related challenges.
- Engage and communicate with NVIDIA's leadership to provide
occupancy scenarios and drive both short-term and long-term space
solutions.
- Continuous improvement by keeping updated on industry trends,
and emerging workplace strategies and provide playbooks, training,
and roadmaps to the extended real estate teams.Space Management
(CAFM)
- Oversee the global Space Management system to guarantee that
data, processes, and audits produce accurate supply data for
developing real estate strategies and workspace planning
recommendations.
- Manage the relationship with the CAFM provider and engage in
the RFP process when systems go through contract changes.
- Ensure the 50+ users of the CAFM program have ongoing training
and support.Data Analysis and Reporting
- Manage the creation of ad hoc reports, Tableau dashboards, and
dynamic supply/demand data points to support the RESS Global
portfolio.
- Direct the implementation of real-time, repeatable reporting
mechanisms to promote effective data management.
- Regularly assess current tools to ensure the use of
best-in-class technology for data tracking and evaluate new
solutions for future implementation.What we need to see:
- 12+ overall years of significant experience in real estate,
planning, and/or finance.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, MBA preferred.
- 2+ years of executive leadership presence required.
- Effective team management, mentorship, and development
experience.
- Ability to seamlessly work with executives, colleagues,
partners, and service providers to achieve significant objectives
and solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability
to synthesize data into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with
experience engaging partners at all levels of the
organization.
- Effective negotiation and customer relationship management
skills.
- Experienced Excel skills; Advanced PowerPoint skills; CAFM and
Tableau skills preferred.Ways to Stand out from the crowd:
- Knowledge of workforce planning and financial analysis is

168,000 USD - 264,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined
based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in
