Premium Billing Representative

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Premium Billing Representative.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle payments, refunds, billing maintenance, reports, and escalated billing concerns
Handle employer set up, subsidies, closings, roster loads
Write clear, concise, grammatically, and factually correct letters

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent years of working experience
1+ years of experience in premium billing, collections, accounting, bookkeeping, OR cash handling
Experience with Microsoft Excel (reading spreadsheets)
Experience calculating and formulating billing amounts
Must be 18 years of age or older
