Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Internal Audit Risk Review and Methodology Director.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direction and guidance to the internal audit department for auditing key risks across the enterprise and evolve the audit methodology
Develop and empower an audit team responsible for horizontal risk reviews and execute the audit plan
Establish high impact relationships with key members of management, regulators, and external auditors and present audit results to key governance forums

Qualifications:

8+ years' working experiences in audit, control, or risk roles and/or public accounting
Working experience in large multi-national financial institutions with detailed understanding of policies, processes, and risks
Team management experience with a proven track record of driving change
Extensive technical acumen across internal audit and strong knowledge in risk management domains
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, Business or related major, CPA or MBA background strongly preferred
