About the Job
We are looking to hire a top-tier finance leader for a Finance Director position, who will work as a key member in the FP&A team and provide finance partnership cross-functionally to formulate and achieve our strategic and financial goals. You will play a critical role in preparing proactive reporting and analysis of key performance measurement indicator and help build a strong FP&A organization that enables our continued hypergrowth. The ideal candidate will have a successfully track record of effective business partnership and outstanding financial reporting/modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• 
  
• Lead business planning, analytics, and reporting primarily for the Sales organization, and drive monthly, quarterly and annual financial planning and forecasting cycles
  
• Support revenue forecasts and related analyses, providing visibility and helping to define key topline metrics.
  
• Perform in-depth, comprehensive financial analysis, including extracting insights from data/ analyses, identifying drivers and implications, and translating findings into practical recommendations.
  
• Develop solid cadence in reporting insightful business metrics.
  
• Build rigor round data hygiene, ensure integrity, accuracy and consistency in reporting and leverage the power of data to educate and engage business owners and finance peers.
  
• Partner with cross functional groups to drive enhancements and improve data infrastructure
  
• Implement and drive efficient, effective and comprehensive process and procedures to allow faster and scalable planning and forecast cycle.
  
• Responsible for financial model development to support and enable business decisions.
  
• Help to hire, develop and retain an impactful team of A-players and build a strong FP&A organization
  
• Lead strategy projects and ad hoc requests
  
  Minimum qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience; Advanced degree preferred
    
  • 15+ years of relevant work experience in the fields of financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or accounting
    
  • Superior analytical and modeling capacities
    
  • Outstanding software and system skills with extensive experience in Hyperion Cloud, Oracle Financial Applications and Tableau
    
  • Must be detail oriented to ensure accuracy and quality of output
    
  • Must be flexible in job assignments

      Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, and job level. Earnings for this position are expected to be $125,000 - $165,000 per year. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
      All roles are eligible to participate in the Fortinet equity program, Bonus eligibility is reviewed at time of hire and annually at the Company's discretion
