Job DescriptionWhat we're looking for:The Sr. Manager, Digital Finance will partner with the Digital leadership team at Intuitive to help shape our business as we expand our digital portfolio and drive adoption of our digital products globally. This exciting role will be the Finance business partner to the VP of Advanced & Intelligent Imaging and the VP of Digital Infrastructure (PSNO). She/he will also serve as a consolidator across the full Digital Finance team.Primary responsibilities include:

• Provide exemplary business partner support to the VP of Advanced & Intelligent Imaging and the VP of Digital Infrastructure (PSNO). Leverage financial expertise to drive superior business outcomes for our customers.
• Lead a small team of analysts, recruit, set objectives, lead performance and salary reviews, share expertise and coach team members.
• Responsible for financial management of fixed cost, headcount, & capital expenditures for business partner groups. Includes reviewing and approving capital requests and purchase requisitions, ensuring that the accounting is accurate and that requests have been budgeted.
• Deliver financial models & decision frameworks for key investments in Digital. Create and measure KPIs to assess health of the business.
• Analyze complex business problems using data from internal & external sources to provide insights to leadership.
• Lead the quarterly forecast and annual budgeting process. Create clear, executive-level communication of forecasts and results, providing options for investment decisions and associated ROIs.
• Lead month end close including accruals and other close activities, followed by reporting actual results vs. forecast with business partners.
• Lead analysts in developing and maintaining processes, tools and dashboards to address reporting and analytics needs for the business units.
• Ad hoc decision-support, financial modelling, reporting and analysis.
