  • Results - Be accountable for producing results above what is expectedJob DescriptionWe are seeking a smart, enthusiastic, and experienced Transformation Project Manager to join the Change & Transformation team within LinkedIn's Global Business Services (GBS) organization. This position will help mobilize, manage, and execute GBS strategic initiatives involving business process transformation, change management, portfolio management, and technical implementation throughout our operating environment. Due to the global focus of the role, there will be a requirement to be flexible with regional time zones. The successful candidate should be comfortable with interacting with senior management and should have experience in working on large-scale, cross-functional transformation projects.At LinkedIn, we trust each other to do our best work where it works best for us and our teams.     • Run projects and meet milestones on time and on budget
    • Manage project risks, issues, exceptions, and escalations
    • Independently plan and drive programs/projects of significant complexity
    • Organize overall project team and establish clear roles and responsibilities
    • Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to create a detailed project plan
    • Identify and mitigate project risks and minimize potential roadblocks
    • Organize, facilitate, and document project meetings
    • Drive assigned team actions to resolution by working with action owners
    • Proactively identify dependencies & resolve issues between teams
    • Influence decision-making & problem-solving across projects and teams
    • Build and maintain relationships to increase collaboration and productivity
    • Establish communications cadence to ensure appropriate project governance
    • Serve as the point of contact and primary interface for all projects related issues
    • Provide status updates and reviews in line with agreed milestonesMonitor project risks and develops mitigation strategies to meet the project's goals and objectivesQualificationsBasic Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related discipline
      • 4+ years of experience in a multinational finance environment with demonstrable experience in leading cross-functional project initiatives and process improvementsPreferred Qualifications:
        • Six Sigma/PMP or similar certification
        • Familiarity with Change Management (Prosci ADKAR or similar) concepts
        • Familiarity with BPM best practices and/or BPMN standard
        • Experience with Coupa and/or Celonis implementations
        • Excellent understanding of business practices as they relate to a Shared Services environment
        • Good understanding of Finance, Tax, Accounting, HR, and Operations/Customer Service and their interdependencies
        • Ability to act operationally and ability to manage ambiguity, risk, and changing the direction of projects/strategies
        • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to influence and drive change in a global organization
        • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including experience in documenting business and functional requirements, and developing and delivering management-level presentations and proposals
        • Hands-on experience with project collaboration tools (e.g. SmartSheet, SharePoint, PPM)
        • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and ProjectLinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.The pay range for this role is $100,000 to $160,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
