The Strategic Process and Programs team enables operational excellence by improving, standardizing, and scaling the way we work, prioritize resources, and support our people across Community Operations. On this team, you help to keep the Facebook community safe by building programs, protocol, strategies, and operations to reduce the risk of abuse on our platforms.

We are seeking a resilient self-starter who is eager to learn, collaborative and a proven influencer. We're targeting an intellectually curious and creative individual who is comfortable operating in ambiguity - a strategic and operational thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills. You have a passion for process improvement and operational efficiency, as well as an eye for detail and a knack for juggling multiple complex projects. You will work directly with our cross-functional team (finance, operations, engineering, product, etc.), to execute global projects from inception to launch.Program Manager, Demand Planning & Strategy ResponsibilitiesCoordinate delivery of our quarterly demand signal and annual forecast to ensure our budget is having the most impact for the community we serveCultivate relationships and facilitate collaboration across stakeholder groups to manage, assess outcomes, and prioritize content review needsExplore and enable demand side levers to optimize our use of the Community Operations' Budget, one of the largest annual operating expenditures for integrity in the industryDesign, build, and improve processes and systems that contribute to operational excellenceRuthlessly prioritize and maintain continuous alignment with your stakeholdersMaintain accountability and produce high quality deliverables (for yourself and your project stakeholders)Communicate effectively, zooming in and out effortlessly based on audience ranging from Operations Specialists to Executive LeadershipBe a change agent by understanding organizational dynamics that influence adoption of process changesMinimum Qualifications8+ years of experience in consulting, finance, operations, and/or project managementExpert Project Manager: experience managing multiple complex projects against competing timelines, extremely experience leading through ambiguityCommunicator: demonstrated experience managing communications to wide audiences on various mediums (e.g., project plans, presentations, analyses, etc.)Proven Leader: experience bringing ideas to fruition and leading teams towards a common goalOrganized, strategic thinker and fast-paced executor: experience bringing clarity to ambiguity with little oversightPreferred Qualifications10+ years of experience in consulting, finance, or operations at a high-growth tech companyAnalytical: experience developing frameworks and performing complex analyses (Excel or SQL) to guide strategyChange Management: experience leading initiatives involving large-scale organizational transformationsMBA, Masters, or graduate degreePMP and/or ITIL certificationsAbout Meta Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
