to join the Technical Accounting & Governance (TAG) team, at the
world's leading professional networking company. This individual
will support the overall Global Statutory Compliance process of the
LinkedIn Corp subsidiaries. The team is based in Sunnyvale,
California (hybrid).This role reports to the Manager of Financial
Reporting & Governance Manager and will be a key leader within the
Corporate Technical Accounting and Governance Team at LinkedIn.
This individual will partner with various global teams including
legal, accounting, and FP&A to oversee and monitor financial
compliance obligations. This person will gain exposure to US GAAP,
IFRS and local GAAP accounting over several different jurisdictions
in the EMEA, APAC and AMER regions. In addition, this individual
will provide their technical expertise in the preparation of
share-based compensation schedules and analyses. This role is an

locations in the country of employment.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the independent review of each LinkedIn subsidiaries'
annual statutory financial statements, including the review of
supporting schedules to ensure accurate reporting and consistency
with LinkedIn's global standardized disclosures
- Support the coordination of the Global Statutory Audit
processes
- Collaborate on process improvements and key planning efforts
for the Global Statutory Compliance Program, including insights and
input on ways to improve the efficiency and accuracy of
reporting
- Partner with the international accounting and legal teams to
ensure compliant and timely statutory filings
- Prepare statutory accounting and reporting deliverables on
shared based compensation in accordance with IRFS 2
- Manage global administration of our in-house tools (EXA &
STAT), including monitoring and reporting out of status updates and
communicating any potential risks to key milestone dates (internal
and legal)
- Participate in other compliance & risk management initiatives

- Support senior management on ad hoc reporting, analyses, and
key projectsQualificationsBasic Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Solid understanding of US GAAP
- General understanding of SEC filing requirements
- 4+ years of accounting/finance experience at a US-based
multi-national company
- Strong written & oral communication skillsPreferred
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Work independently and perform multiple concurrent and
diversified tasks
- Ability to exercise judgment and critical thinking skills in
each key responsibility listed
- General understanding of IFRS or the local equivalent of
accounting principles
- General understanding of ASC 606 and ASC 718
- Familiarity with Oracle ERP system or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills as the candidate must be able to
work and communicate with individuals at all levels across the

[$91,000]. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array
of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to
skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific

labor considerations.The total compensation package for this
position may also include annual performance bonus, stock and
