We are hiring a Sr. Sourcing Engagement Manager aligned with our Strategic Sourcing division within Workplace Services. This person will act as a dedicated partner to Business Stakeholders to provide leadership on all sourcing-related requirements amongst the Strategic Sourcing organization. Responsibilities: Engage with internal business leaders to align priorities, define success, and enable functional teams to succeed. Act as the voice of the stakeholder to help drive continuous improvement and prioritization Liaison between Sourcing and Business Stakeholders to educate on Sourcing strategies, S2P processes and provide connectedness to support business enablement and value creation Work closely with Sourcing Category Teams, tactical sourcing team, cross-functional teams and procure to pay team to link and leverage across the supplier relationships, strategies and spend. Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to strategically develop, implement and optimize sourcing processes and supplier management Work effectively as the ---account manager--- or single point of Sourcing contact for Business Stakeholders. Responsible for coordination and communication on Sourcing issues and projects Establish strong collaborative relationships with Global Sourcing Category and Sourcing Operations Teams Build/establish strategic relationships with cross functional partners including FP&A Identify and report key performance metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement ensuring alignment with sourcing plans Serve as subject matter expert for best-in-class procurement practices and tools including experience in working with numerous cross-functional disciplines such as information security, compliance, risk management, supplier risk, and legal Manage, coordinate, and support special projects as needed Qualifications Basic Qualifications: BS degree in business, supply chain, procurement, finance or management or related practical experience 7 Years experience in planning, sourcing, negotiating, contracting and supplier management Preferred Qualifications: Consulting with internal business clients MBA preferred in business, supply chain, procurement, finance or management or related practical experience Highly motivated and experience thinking clearly under pressure Experience thinking strategically and operationally/tactically Proven experience driving change and improve end-to-end processes Experience flourishing in an environment of fast growth and ambiguity Executive presence: Comfortable communicating with executives and tailoring effective communications to various levels within the organization. Excellent communication and presentation skills Customer focused, responsive and action oriented with a strong sense of urgency Ability to drive clarity and break down complex issues into manageable tasks LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. As required by C.R.S. 8-5-201(2): (Colorado only) The minimum pay for this role is $113,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock and benefits.
