Job Description\n \n The Record to Report (---R2R---) team is looking for a creative and innovative Senior Manager to lead the Intercompany and Consolidations Team. The Sr. Manager will be responsible for the worldwide consolidation and financial reporting of the company. This includes managing the corporate consolidations financial process, global intercompany process, prepare timely consolidated financial statements, provide analysis and reporting.\n \nWe are seeking a candidate with a strong understanding of finance business process, strong communication and critical thinking skills with exceptional leadership skills. This role will work with global key stakeholders in accounting and finance teams to enable process and system improvements, develop and maintain effective controls and influence change that will globally scale the finance organization.\n \nPrimary internal customers and business partners will include Controllership, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, Business Applications, among other business process owners outside of R2R. Business partners are located across the globe, primarily in Ireland, Singapore, Brazil, China and the U.S.\n \n Responsibilities\n Lead the consolidation process, including oversight of system interfaces with the parent company Review and approval of monthly journal entries, account reconciliations and analysis Responsible for oversight of all intercompany transactions and processes, including compliance with intercompany transfer pricing agreements, as well as completeness and accuracy of intercompany accounts Key player in reviewing and ensuring the accounting and monthly global reporting are in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Partnering with other stakeholders to continue to enhance the monthly reporting package, including providing flux analysis when needed in anticipating executive management reporting needs Dual GAAP ownership of intercompany on statutory audit obligations and ensuring compliance with local requirements Manage our internal accounting team to ensure accounting and tax reporting are in accordance to both statutory and US GAAP rules for North Americas region. Manage system change requests process and work with Business Application resources to facilitate resolutions on close and reporting related issues Identify and implement process improvements, embracing our continuous improvement culture Assist with quarterly reviews and annual audits conducted by external auditors Maintaining the integrity of the global chart of accounts and related mapping to parent Ensure SOX compliance by adhering to internal control requirements, maintain updated documentation and providing recommendations as appropriate Manage, mentor and guide team in their career building Demonstrate positive customer service and build strong relationships with internal global stakeholders\n \n \n Qualifications\n \n Basic Requirements: \n Bachelor---s Degree in Accounting/Finance or related degree, or equivalent experience 10+ years of practical work experience leveraging global processes and tools in areas of intercompany, multi-currency consolidations and financial reporting 5+ years of leadership and people management experience Experience with SAP/Oracle is required\n \n \n Preferred Requirements\n Experience working in a global organization where leading and driving change across multiple companies is key Strong technical skills including knowledge of GAAP and sound understanding of financial statements Good understanding of overall business processes within Finance, general ledger systems and foreign currency translation CPA preferred with public accounting / audit experience Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skill\n \n Equal Opportunity Statement\n LinkedIn is committed to diversity in its workforce and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
