Job Description:
Position: Principal Business Analyst (Sunnyvale, CA) Duties: Participate in contract/SOW reviews, including gathering
technical requirements, creating design specifications, developing project
plans, delivering customer specific reports, and maintaining internal
billing reports. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify
appropriate IVR applications based on each customer’s goals and business
requirements. Participate in the successful delivery of the software
development lifecycle for IVR work streams. Provide support in corporate and
external Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance/Audit tasks and testing
activities. Perform post-production validation and sanity tests on deployed
IVR speech and DTMF applications releases. Monitor billing data integrity
checks by performing application and product performance data analysis and
database checks using Oracle and SQL queries and security compliance
logs. Generate reports to convey relevant business implications to internal or
external stakeholders. Monitor IVR releases to maintain the integrity of
customer business data and reporting. Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in
Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or a
related field and three (3) years of experience performing Quality Assurance
for Interactive Voice Response (IVR) applications and reports; OR,
in the alternative, Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in
Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems or a
related field and five (5) years of experience as indicated above. Also requires demonstrated expertise (DE): applying Quality
Standards, including ISO to IVR Speech applications and DTMF Applications;
DE performing data integrity checks and leveraging Excel and SQL
queries to extract, refine, and present data; DE compiling and presenting
project plan documentation, including reporting specifications, status
reports, and test cases for IVR applications and processes; and DE interfacing
with internal stakeholders, business teams, project managers, and external
clients to translate business requirements into technical
