Job Description:
You will be a key player in every stage of the process-from
assisting scale, customers, dispatch, purchasing and processing and
coordinating. The responsibilities of the position include:
?Providing friendly service to customers and company
departments
?Offering enthusiastic guidance to customers and employees
?Scale, purchasing, dispatching support
?Supervisors support and assistant
?Maintain spreadsheet information
?Assisting in maintaining quality and organization.
?Keeping data and records up to date.
?Maintenance logs, DOT records, other spreadsheet
?Ensuring timely information deliveries

?Flexibility: Adapts and changes course of action when appropriate;
effectively transitions from task to task; deals well with
unresolved situations, frequent change, delays, or unexpected
events; maintains objectives amidst shifting priorities.
Requirements
?Must be bilingual English/ Spanish
?Excellent customer service skills
?Ability to effectively manage time
?Minimum three 2 year experience preferred
?Must be able to work long hours, scheduled or unscheduled, which
will include, Saturdays
?Ability to successfully perform the job duties of all
positions
?Flexibility: Adapts and changes course of action when appropriate;

unresolved situations, frequent change, delays, or unexpected

?Basic accounting including reconciliation, debit and credit
review
?Computer skills
Education and/or Experience
?High School diploma
?Some college will be a PLUS
